摘 要:本文模拟钢包透气砖使用中受到的热震条件,分别采用温度梯度、1100℃风冷及1000℃~1600℃温度循环三种热震试验,研究了烧成温度对纯铝酸钙水泥结合的刚玉—尖晶石质钢包透气砖抗热震性的影响。结果表明:1000℃~1600℃温度循环对刚玉—尖晶石质钢包透气砖造成的热震破坏最为显著,1600℃×3hr烧成试样的抗热震性最好。结合XRD和SEM分析,认为1600%×3hr烧成试样中片状或板柱状六铝酸钙(CA6)晶相形成的网状交织结构能够缓冲热应力,同时Al2O3,在尖晶石(MA)中适当程度的固溶,增强结合强度,提高断裂功,有利于材料抗热震性的提高。Simulating the thermal - shock condition in service, three kinds of tests methods were used to research the thermal shock resistance of pure calcium - aluminate cement binded corundum - spinel purging plug for ladle. The results show that 1000℃ -1600℃ thermal cycle results in a much severe damage to the corundum- spinel porous plug for ladle, and the specimen fired by 1600℃ has the best thermal shock resistance. Combining with SEM and XRD analysis, it was considered that CA6 platelet grains interlace and make a network in 1600℃ -fired samples, which can relax the thermal stress. Additionally, a moderate solubility of A12 03 in MA spinel could lead to a moderate bonding strength and improve fracture work, which may be beneficial to thermal shock resistance of the corundum-spinel material.
