摘  要:对青弋江河口鲫鱼的年龄、生长和繁殖三个生活史特征进行了初步研究,结果表明:以鳞片作为年龄鉴定材料,鲫鱼的年轮特征呈现为切割和疏密两种不同类型,两者所占比例分别为90.5%和9.5%.所获标本的最大年龄为1+龄,其繁殖群体仅由I龄和II龄两个年龄组组成,两者所占比例分别为93.0%和7.0%,该河段鲫鱼呈现出明显的低龄化现象.繁殖群体雌雄比例为44:1.初次性成熟年龄为0+龄,即孵化后的次年达性成熟;初次性成熟个体的最小全长和体重分别为71.79mm和17.53g.全长(TL)与体重(TW)及空壳重(SW)均呈幂函数关系,其关系式分别为TW=2E-05TL2.9338(R2=0.946)和SW=2E-05TL2.9283(R2=0.9288).其个体绝对繁殖力为9584±8414粒,最大和最小绝对繁殖力分别为37892和1123粒;个体相对繁殖力为450.20±242.76粒/克,最大和最小相对繁殖力分别为921.48和128.31粒/克.其个体绝对繁殖力与体重呈直线关系,关系式为AF=224.27TW+504.44(R2=0.9252).Age, growth and reproduction of Carassius auratus auratus in estuary of Qingyi River were primarily studied in this paper. It was found that, using scales as age determining material, the annulus on scales of C. auratus auratus showed two different kinds, being the incised (90.5%) and loose-close (9.5%) kinds. With the largest individual being at age 1^+ , the breeding colonies were only formed by two aging groups (Ⅰ, 93.0%, and Ⅱ, 7.0%), which suggested the low-aging for C. auratus auratus in Qingyi River. The sex ratio of the breeding colony was 44 : 1 (♀:♂). C. auratus auratus got the first sexual maturity at the age of 0 + , the next year after their being hatched. The smallest matured individual was 71.79 mm for total length and 17.53 g for total weight. Power function relationship existed between total length ( TL ) and total or somatic weight ( TW, SW ), with the formula being TW = 2E - 05 TL^2.9338 (R^2 = 0. 946) and SW = 2E- 05 TL^2.9283 (R^2 = 0. 9288) respectively. The individual absolute fecundity ( AF ) was 9584 ± 8414 granules, with the maximal and minimal being 37892 and 1123 granules respectively. And the relative fecundity ( RF ) was 450.20 ± 242. 76 granule/g, with the maximal and minimal values being 921.48 and 128.31 respectively. Linear relationship existed between absolute and total weight, and the formula was AF = 224.27TW + 504.44(R^2 = 0. 9252).
