摘 要:根据可靠性抽样理论,分析了过载继电器的可靠性试验方案,研制了过载继电器可靠性试验装置。根据过载保护的特点,将可靠性试验划分为三类:冷态试验、热态试验、7.2倍试验,并根据试验方法将试验分为试验过程和试验循环,大大简化了试验的进程。在研制的试验装置中,试验电流调节范围为0~1200A,试验电流分为7挡,试验电压分为5挡,满足了不同规格、不同内阻的过载继电器的试验。该试验装置是基于Windows系统设计的,系统操作简单,试验方便。Based on the reliability sampling theory, the reliability examine plan of overload relay was analyzed and the test device was developed. Based on the characteristics of the overload protection, the tests were classified into three groups: the cold state test, the hot state test and the overload test in 7.2times. According to the test procedure, the tests were classified into test section and test cycle. This makes the parameters setting orderly, the arrangement and operation of the test is much more convenient. In order to meet test of all kinds of the overload relay, the power source is available with the output current of 0-1 200A, the test current was classified into seven ranges and the test voltage was classified into five ranges. The test device was developed based on the Windows system, its operating system is simple and it is convenient to operate the test.
