摘　　要：城市部件数据建库是"数字城管"建设的基础工作,本文针对杭州实际情况,详细介绍了城市部件分类与属性组成,研究提出了杭州市城市部件数据采集技术方案。The Building of the city component database is the basis of the digital city management. Aiming at the fact of Hangzhou,This paper introduces particularly the classification and the attribute constitution of the city component, and brings forward a scheme of the city component data collection.
