摘　　要：组织是社会运行的基本功能单位,理解组织对理解社会而言具有十分重要的意义。然而,长期以来,国内有关组织的研究多以英美学派的组织理论为依托,忽略法兰西学派的组织理论,而法兰西学派的组织理论在研究实际运行的组织方面具有英美学派无法比拟的优越性与解释效力。本文运用比较的视角对法兰西学派的理论做较为集中的介绍,向人们展示一种无法取代而又极为宝贵的理论资源。organizations function as basic units in the social processes. The cognition of organizations plays a vitally important part in the understanding of society. For a long time however, based upon the theories of organizations from the Anglo - Saxon school, the people who study organizations domestically have ignored the organizational theories of French school,which, compared with that of Anglo -Saxon school, is utterly superior and enjoys a peerless competency in the interpretation of organizations. With a comparative perspective, the text will focus on the theories of French school and demonstrate a theoretical resource of rarity which is not superseded.
