纤维支气管镜在支气管扩张伴感染治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察纤雏支气管镜（简称纤支镜）在治疗支气管扩张并感染中的临床应用价值。方法把46例支气管扩张并感染患者随机分为两组，治疗组23例在常规内科治疗的基础上应用纤支镜进行支气管肺泡灌洗。对照组23例仅给予内科治疗。结果治疗组的治疗好转率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05），临床症状消失以及住院时间均较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．01）。结论在常规内科治疗的基础上应用纤支镜治疗支气管扩张并感染简单易行，临床症状迅速缓解，能显著提高疗效，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广应用。Objective Application Value of bronchoalveolar lavage and local Injecting antibiotics Through on Patients of Bronchiectasis with infection..Methods forty-six patients of bronchiectasis were divided into two groups at random, all patients were used antibiotics. The treatment group（n=23）was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage and local injection of drugs. The contrast group（n=23）was treated with convention therapy. Results The cure rates of the treatmeant group were significantly different from those in the contrast group（P〈0.05）,conclusion： the The treatment of bronchoalveolar lavage and local injection of drugs can be used widely because of its significantly advantage.
