摘 要:随着我国对医疗体制改革的深入和各种问题的出现,很多人对医改进行批评。有人认为我国医改成了“夹生饭”。的确,目前的现状是:患者不满意,医院不满意,低收入阶层不满意。“看病难、看病贵”,“因病致贫、因病返贫”。那么,是否还进行改革呢?本文试着从引发改革的本源出发,论证医改的必要性,并对医改过程中的几大关键进行论述。With all kinds of problems of the reform of our countries' medical system, many people have bad commends on the reform. Some people think our reform as "jia sheng fan" Indeed, the situation of the present: the patients area' t satisfied, the hospitals area' t satisfied, and the lower-incomers area't satisfied. "It is difficult to see the doctor, and is expensive too." "becomes poor because of sick, and back again because of sick." So, whether to go on the reform? This paper try to begin with the origin of the reform, to discuss the necessity of the medical reform, and to discuss several keys in the process of the medical reform.
