摘　　要：口腔溃疡药贴是一种治疗口腔溃疡的外用药新剂型。药贴的中央部分由多种经特殊炮制的中药组成，载体为遇水即产生粘性的薄膜。药贴敷在溃疡处，既可保护溃疡面，又具有收敛止痛，去腐生肌的作用。经临床７６例应用取得良好效果。A new kind of medical pasters for external application to oral ulcers was prepared. The pasters were made of medicine in the central part and membranous carriers. The medicine had been specially prepared from many sorts of traditional Chinese medicines and the carriers would produce adhesion when met with water. The pasters were applied to covering and protecting the ulcer lesions, astringenting and promoting tissue generation,alleviating pain and removing slough. Thus they could promote the healing of oral ulcers. 76 patients were treated with the medical pasters and good resuts were obtained. Obvious curing effect were observed in 45 cases(59.21%), active effects in 29 cases (41.2%) and no effects in 2 cases(2.63%). The medical pasters are most suitable for those lesions within 3 ulcers and less than 1cm in diameter for each.
