葛根对原发性骨质疏松症患者临床症状影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究葛根治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:于2003年10月至2006年2月在江苏省中医院骨伤科收集原发性骨质疏松症病人,按随机表随机分葛根治疗组、阿法D3对照组。治疗组每日口服葛根30克,用煎药机煎汁200m1,每次100m1,每日2次;对照组口服阿法D3,每次0.25μg,每日2次。28d为1疗程,观察患者的疼痛VAS、活动能力、腰背静息痛等临床症状的改变并进行评分、统计分析。结果:治疗组、对照组在VAS、活动能力、腰背静息痛等各方面均较治疗前有改善,经统计学分析,均有显著性差异。结论:葛根能明显改善原发性骨质疏松症患者VAS、活动能力、腰背静息痛等方面的临床症状。Objective：The purpose was to study the clinical effect of Ge Gen （Radix Puerariae） in treating osteoporosis. Methods：All the patients they suffered from the primary osteoporosis were treated in the department of osteonosus and traumatism in TCM hospital of Jiangsu province between Oct. 2003 and Feb. 2006. They were grouped into Ge Gen （Radix Puerariae）, the treating group and α-D3, the control group. The patients orally took Ge Gen （Radix Puerariae） 30g, which decocted by machine with 200ml decoction （100ml per time, twice a day） every day in the former group, while the patients 0.25μg of α-D3 per time, twice a day in the latter group. We set 28 days as a course of treatment for both groups, then to observe the changes of VAS of pain, ability of movement, back and waist pain in stillness, etc. to valuate and analyze the effect of them. Results：The patients of both groups had improved in VAS of pain, ability of movement and back and waist pain in stillness that were compared with the data before the treatment, which shows the prominent difference according to the statistics. Conclusion： Ge Gen （Radix Puerariae） can obviously improve the clinical manifestations of patient, which suffers from osteoporosis, in the aspects of VAS of pain, ability of movement and back and waist pain in stillness, etc.
