摘　　要：建设与发展小城镇是统筹城乡经济社会发展的有效途径,是建设社会主义新农村的重要举措,本文针对河北省区域发展的实际,分析了河北小城镇建设存在的问题,在研究小城镇发展模式的基础上,对建设河北特色小城镇进行了有益的探讨。To develop and build the small towns is an effective way to plan the economic and social development in both urban and rural areas as a whole. Moreover, it＇s also a significant act to build the New Socialist County. This paper aimed at the actual regional development in Hebei province and analyses the problems that existed in the building of the small towns in Hebei province. Based on the research of the pattern of the development of the small towns, this paper probed into the building of the small characteristic towns in Hebei province beneficially.
