摘　　要：从知识管理的概念入手,分析了高校图书馆进行知识管理和知识服务的必要性,以及图书馆知识管理和知识服务的内容。Beginning with the concept of knowledge managent the paper analyzed the necessity of knowledge management and knowledge services in university library as well as the content of knowledge management and services.
