摘　　要：针对改扩建水电项目财务评价的特点,阐述了财务评价的必要性,提出了财务评价中应注意项目的范围及计算期、总量与增量的评价等问题的处理,并对其评价方法进行了初步探讨。According to the characteristics of the financial evaluation of the reconstruction and the extension Of the hydropower project, the paper describes the necessity of the financial evaluation, puts forward that the treatment of the range and the calculating period of the project, the evaluation of the total and the increment should be paid attention to in the financial evaluation, and studies preliminarily the evaluation method.
