消胚散结汤抗早孕对大鼠再受孕能力及再孕胚胎发育的影响

摘　　要：用消胚散结汤给早期妊娠大鼠灌胃，待其流产或分娩后，再使其与雄鼠合笼交配，以观察其再受孕能力及对再孕胚胎发育的影响。结果表明：各浓度组无论流产成功与否，再孕率均在９６％以上；再孕胚胎活胎率和活胎体重、身长、尾长及宫内生长迟缓（ＩＵＧＲ）发生率均与西药组和正常对照组无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），且均未发现畸胎，而阳性对照组胚胎各项指标均与正常对照组差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示消胚散结汤抗早孕对母体再受孕能力及其胚胎发育无明显影响。The early pregnant rats were fed with XPSJD and after abortion or parturition,were put together with male rats for mating so as to obverse their re pregnancy ability and influence on the embryo development.The results showed:no matter whether the abortion succeeded,the re pregnancy rates of all groups were above 96%;In living embryo rates,birth weights,body and tail lengths,and IUGR rates as well there were not obvious difference comparing with western drug and normal control group(P<0.05);but in positive group the differeces were very obvious(P<0.01).It is suggested:after abortion by XPSJD the re pregnancy ability of the female rats and their embryo development will be not markedly influenced.
