硫酸镓催化合成丁酸异戊酯的研究

摘　　要：以硫酸镓为催化剂,正丁酸和异戊醇为原料合成了丁酸异戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,硫酸镓是高效、经济且环境友好的酯化催化剂。适宜反应条件下收率可达92.0%。Isoamyl butyrate was synthesized by using gallium sulphate as the catalyst. Many effects were investigated such as amount of catalyst, reaction time, molar ratio of alcohol to acid and repeated uses. Experimental results showed that it was the efficient and environmental friendly catalyst. Under the best conditions its yield could reach 92. 0%.
