摘　　要：目的为了解青藏铁路沿线鼠疫菌对抗生素的敏感性。方法采用纸片法应用20种抗生药物对青藏铁路沿线部分鼠疫菌进行了敏感性试验。结果部分头孢类和喹诺酮类药物对鼠疫菌的敏感性效果较好,19种抗生素均较链霉素为佳。结论本试验结果可为临床治疗鼠疫的新药选择提供科学依据。Objective To explore the sensitivity of Yersinia pestis along Qinghai -Tibet Railway. Methods Yersinia pestis of 18 strains were selected to do drug sensitivity test with strip method to 20 types of antibiotics, Results The sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to some of cephalosporin and carbostyril was better, 19 types of antibiotics were better than streptomycin. Conclusion The test result can provide scientific evidences for treating Yersinia pestis in the clinical treatment.
