双侧结节性甲状腺肿手术治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的介绍保留甲状腺下动脉缩小手术切除范围的探讨。方法8年中使用保留甲状腺下动脉术式,尽可能多的保留正常甲状腺组织治疗68例双侧结节性甲状腺肿与同期使用传统方法治疗结节性甲状腺肿进行比较分析。结果该术式复发机率较传统术式无增加,且并发症大大减少。结论对于需双侧行手术治疗的结节性甲状腺肿,该术式具可行性,且较传统方法具有优越性。Objective To introduce a new method of bilateral subtotal thyroidectomy in order to retaining the inferior thyroid artery and remaining more of normal thyroid tissue. Methods 68 patients with bilateral nodular goiter was treated by new method of bilateral subtotal thyroidectomy, and the effects of new method was compared with routine treatment. Results The difference of recurrence rates between two methods was insignificant, but the complications of new method were less than that of routine treatment. Conclusions This surgical approach is applicable, especially for patients with bilateral nodular goiter who need bilateral subtotal thyroidectomy.
