内镜下高频电凝切除大肠息肉512例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下高频电凝切除大肠息肉的临床效果及安全性。方法应用电子结肠镜与高频电凝发生器,在内镜直视下摘除息肉。结果512例经肠镜明确诊断、直径<2.0cm的大肠息肉采用高频电凝切除治疗,全部病例仅有5例并发迟发性出血,经内镜下电凝止血而痊愈,1例并发迟发性穿孔而行外科手术治疗。全部病例切除率100%,并发症发生率1.17%,随访6个月～1年大肠息肉未见复发。结论内镜下高频电凝切除治疗大肠息肉是一种简便、安全和有效的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of treatment with colorectal polypus by using high frequency electrocoagulation or electrocision under the colonoscope. Methods 512 patients with colorectal polypus were treated by high frequency electric electrocoagulation and electrocision under colonoscope. Results Delayed hemorrhage appeared in 5 cases and was cured by electrocoagulation, one case with delayed perforation was performed an operation. The total rate of excision was 100% and the complication rate was 1.17%. There was no recurrence in all the cases through 6 months to one year＇ s following up. Conclusions Removal of colorectal polypus by high frequency electric, coagulation under colonoscope is a safe and effective method for eolorectal polypus.
