益气化瘀治疗糖尿病血流变异常68例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益气化瘀中药对2型糖尿病血流变异常的疗效。方法将68例糖尿病伴血流变异常患者随机分为2组,对照组口服阿斯匹林治疗,治疗组在口服阿斯匹林的基础上加服益气化瘀中药治疗,治疗4周后比较2组血流变指标。结果治疗组血流变多项指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05～0.01)。结论对2型糖尿病伴血流变异常患者的治疗加用益气化瘀中药可以提高疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese traditional medicine of benefiting Qi and dissipate stasis on abnormal blood rheology in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 68 Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with abnormal blood rheology were divided into two groups in random, control group took aspirin orally, Chinese herbs for benefiting Qi and dissipate stasis was added to treatment group. After 4 weeks treatment, the difference of blood theology in two groups was analyzed. Results Blood rheology of treatment group improved better than control group（P 〈 0. 05 - 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Chinese herbs for benefiting Qi and dissipate stasis can improve the curative effects of aspirin on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with abnormal blood rheology.
