连台手术空气消毒不同方法效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较紫外线照射与三氧消毒杀菌机2种消毒方法对手术室空气消毒的效果。方法将120例择期手术随机分为2组,对照组采用紫外线照射进行空气消毒,实验组采用三氧消毒杀菌机进行空气消毒。分别在第一台手术前、第二台手术毕进行采样培养,进行细菌计数。结果连台间隙2种消毒方法前后比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论三氧消毒杀菌机优于紫外线照射作用于连台手术间隙的短时间消毒。Objective To compare the efficacy of UV radiation and ozone disinfector mechanism for air disinfection in operating room. Methods Divide 120 assigned operations into two groups. Group A disinfected with UV, Group B with ozone disinfector mechanism. During the operations, sampling and bacteria counting were taken before the first operation and after the second one. Results The disinfection effect of both methods was significant different （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The ozone disinfector mechanism has better air disinfection effect than UV radiation in the interval of continuous operations.
