复方益脑丸对侧脑室注射Aβ_(25-35)所致学习记忆障碍的影响

摘　　要：观察复方益脑丸对模型小鼠行为学的影响,侧脑室注射Aβ25-35以造成小鼠阿尔茨海默病模型,采用Y迷宫试验、避暗试验和水迷宫试验来观察复方益脑丸对模型小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果表明复方益脑丸可使模型小鼠学习反应时间缩短,记忆潜伏时间延长,错误次数减少,复方益脑丸可改善侧脑室注射Aβ25-35小鼠的学习记忆能力,提示对阿尔茨海默病有治疗作用。The effect of Compound Yi＇nao Pills on behaviorism of model rats was observed. The model rats with Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） were gotten by intracerebroventricular injection of Aβ25-35. The effect of Compound Yi＇nao Pills on the rats＇ memory function was investigated by Y maze test, step through test and water maze test. The results showed that the Compound Yi ＇nao Pills could shorten their learning reaction time, prolong their latent time of memory. It is concluded that the Compound Yi ＇nao Pills can improve the learning and memory ability of model rats who are performed intracerebroventricular injection of Aβ25-35, thereby it is implied that they have therapeutic effect for Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）.
