摘　　要：文章就梳棉机针布、吸尘吸落棉系统、清梳联自调匀整器、梳棉机锡林与盖板的分流过程等方面问题进行了全面分析探讨。指出了针布发展的特点,阐述了梳棉机吸尘系统和清梳联自调匀整器的作用。对锡林与盖板间梳理的实质和作用力及其影响的因素作了详尽的分析。Issues of carding cloth, dust and noil absorption system, blow carding auto leveler, carding process between cylinder and flats of a carding machine are discussed. The development of carding cloth, function of dust absorption system and blow carding auto leveler are presented. The essence, carding forces between cylinder and flats, as well as factors affecting the forces, are analyzed in detail.
