摘 要:在Ca(NO3)2-Mg(NO3)2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH体系中,采用共沉淀法制备钙镁铝三元类水滑石。考察了反应沉淀过程的原料配比对合成水滑石结构的影响,并用XRD、IR和粒度分析等手段对合成样品进行分析和表征。结果表明:在制备条件x(Mg2+):x(Ca2+)为1~3,x(M2+)/x(M3+)为2~4范围内,反应沉淀pH值为10左右,合成的CaMgAl水滑石的晶相结构最完整。合成的产物可以大大改善PVC的热稳定性。The synthesis of Ca-Mg-Al hydrotalcite-like compounds (CaMgAl-HTLcs) by co-precipitation in the system of Ca(NO3)2-Mg (NO3)2-Al (NO3)3-NaOH were studied. The effects of raw material molar ratio and crystallization treatment on the structure of Ca-Mg-Al-HTLCs were also investigated.The synthesized samples were analyzed and characterized by using XRD, IR and granulometer. The results show that unique Ca-Mg-Al HTLcs with high crystallinity can be prepared by precipitation of solutions at a pH value of 10 with 1-3 of n (Mg) : n (Al) and 2-4 of x(Mg + Ca):x(Al). And the stability of PVC was significantly improved by using it.
