彩色双功超声在颈内静脉扩张症中的应用

摘　　要：该文应用彩色双功超声（CDU）对26例颈内静脉扩张症的患者进行了检测。患者屏气时扩张血管的内径、横截面积和最大血流速度与健侧血管比较：相同指标间有显著性差异（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。而平静呼吸时，患侧与健侧的上述各项指标间差异不明显，这与该病的病理改变相吻合，并有6例经X线造影得到证实。故认为，CDU作为一种简便、无创的探测方法对该病具有特异性诊断价值，完全可以取代有创的静脉造影检查。Twenty two cases of internal jugular vein dilation were cxamined by color duplex ultnanography (CDU). The results show that when respiration is paused, the inner diameter, area and maximal flow velocity of dilated vessels are significantly different from that of the normal vessels (P < 0. 01, P <0. 05). During rest respiration, there appear to be no significant differences in the above parameters between the vessels on the sick side and those on the healthy side, in accordance with the pathological changes of this disease. Six cases were examined by X - ray angiography. We conclude that CDU can replace invasive vein angiography because it is a simple, noninvasive method with specific diagnostic value for internal jugular vein dilation.
