摘  要:用叶绿素作为敏化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶与粉末涂敷相结合的方法在FTO上制备TiO2纳米薄膜电极.实验结果表明,叶绿素可使TiO2薄膜电极对可见光敏感.用Xe灯作为光源,在光强为72.6 mW/cm2下,电池开路电压为451 mV,短路电流为332μA/cm2,光电转换效率和填充因子分别为0.774%和38.2%.Nanocrystalline TiO2 films electrode was made on FTO glass with sol-gel method and powdercoating method together, which were sensitized by single dye of chlorophyll. The results of experiment show that the Nanocrystalline TiO2 films sensitized by chlorophyll can be sensitive to visible light. An open circuit photovoltage of 451mV and a short circuit current density of 332μA/cm^2 were measured under Xe light illumination which intensity was 72.6 mW/cm^2. The photoelectric conversion efficiency and FF were 0. 774% and 38.2% separately.
