海棠合剂治疗泛发性脓疱性银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察海棠合剂、紫雪丹治疗泛发性脓疱性银屑病的疗效。方法:67例患者依随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组36例,使用海棠合剂、紫雪丹合阿维A、阿奇霉素。对照组31例,使用阿维A、阿奇霉素治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组痊愈率分别为80.55%、58.06%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率分别为91.67%、70.97%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:海棠合剂、紫雪丹联合西药治疗泛发性脓疱性银屑病血热湿毒型疗效显著。未出现不良反应。Objective ： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of generalized pustular psoriasis treated with Haitang Heji plus Zixue dan. Methods ： 67 patients were divided into two groups randomly.Treating group 36 cases were treated with Haitang Heji, Zixue dan,Acitretin and Azitromycin.Comparision group 31 cases were treats with Acitretin and Azitromycin.To observe these two groups respectively.Results ： In the treating group the recovery rate was 80.55%, the total efficiency rate was 91.67%.In the comparision group the recovery rate was 58.06%, the total efficiency rate was 70.97%.There were significant differences between two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Haitang Heji and Zixue dan are very effective in the generalized pustular psoriasis,and they have no obvious adverse reactions.
