辛芷滴鼻剂质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：建立辛芷滴鼻剂的质量控制标准。方法：采用高效液相色谱法对方中白芷所含欧前胡素进行含量测定，以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，以甲醇-水（58：46）为流动相，检测波长300nm；采用薄层色谱法对方中所含白芷、辛夷进行定性鉴别。结果：欧前胡素进样量在0．116-2、320μg范围内，线性关系良好（r=0．9992），平均回收率100．6％，RSD为2.41％（n=6）；薄层色谱显示方中白芷、辛夷专属性强，阴性无干扰。结论：该方法准确、可靠、重现性好，可作为辛芷滴鼻剂的质量控制标准。Objective ： To establish the quality standard for the Xinzhi Dibi Ji. Methods ： Imperatorin was determined by HPLC, ODS as soLid phase, methanol-water （ 58：46 ） as mobile phase, wavelength at 300nm ; and Angelicae dahuricae and Magnolia biondii Pamp were identified by TLC.Results ： Imperatorin were Linear on the range of 0.116-2.320 μ g （ r =0.9992 ） ,The average recovery was 100.6%, RSD=2.41% （ n=6 ）, Exclusive of Identification of Angelicae dahuricae and Magnolia biondii Pamp was strong, and the negative fluid did not have the disturbance .Conclusion ： The method is reliable and accurate.It can be used for quality control of the Xinzhi Dibi Ji.
