摘　　要：为了提高我国汽车工业质量管理水平,设计开发了一款基于ISO/TS16949标准的测量系统分析软件。介绍了测量系统分析的基本原理和利用VB编程语言的实现过程。该软件具有量具的偏倚、稳定性、线性、重复性和再现性功能,其数据处理基于VB中的Microsoft FlexGrid Control 6.0、Microsoft Windows Common Controls 6.0与access数据库相结合,通过代码程序完成两者的信息交换;并具有二次开发功能。For improving the quality level of automobile industry of china, a measurement system analysis software on ISO/TS16949 criterion is designed. Its fundamental and realization process by Visual Basic 6.0 are introduced. This software has functions of a gauge＇s bias, stability, linearity, repeatability and reproducibility. The data disposal makes use of a combination of Microsoft FlexGrid Control 6.0, Microsoft Windows Common Controls 6.0 and access database, the data exchange of both is completed by user＇s code. Moreover, it has a function of re-exploitation.
