摘　　要：针对现有文献对基于生态学视角的企业竞争模型研究的不足,本文提出具有下临界的企业竞争模型,并以两个企业之间的竞争为例,运用微分方程定性知识以及数值仿真对该模型所表达出来的几种企业竞争情况及其稳定条件进行系统分析,所得到的一些结论与现实经济系统中企业竞争的情况相吻合。According to recent literatures about competitive models of enterprises based on ecological theory, this paper presents a competitive model of enterprises with lower critical based on ecological theory, which accords fully with competitive behaviors of enterprises in the economic system. Taking competition about two enterprises as an example, it applies qualitative knowledge of differential equation and numerical simulation to systematically analyze several competitive instances and stable conditions for the model. The results suit for the competitive facts of enterprises.
