摘  要:采用RS600流变仪同轴圆筒测量系统,分析温度、地层水矿化度、胶凝时间、渗流速度等因素对低温凝胶类调堵剂溶液流变性的影响规律.考虑低温调堵剂溶液的温度、矿化度敏感性,认为该调堵剂体系只适合于较低温度油藏的有效封堵,在高盐油藏中应用时要注意溶液的黏度稳定性.实验结果表明:该调堵剂溶液的抗剪切能力与渗流速度有关,在低剪切应力和低渗流速度条件下将发生严重剪切稀释,应当控制调堵剂溶液在孔隙介质中的渗流速度;该调堵剂溶液在胶凝过程中表现为高黏弱弹性流体.The effects of the temperature,the salinity of formation water,the gelation time and the seepage flow velocity on the rheological property of the low temperature gelatinous plugging agent solution are analyzed by experimentation with the coaxial cylinder sensor system of RS600 rheometer.The sensitivity of temperature and salinity of the low temperature gelatinous plugging agent solution is considered.It indicates that the plugging agent is only fit for plugging the low temperature reservoir effectively,and when it is used for the high salinity reservoir,attention should be paid to the stability of viscosity of the solution.The experimental results indicated that the ability of shearing resistance is closely associated with the seepage flow velocity,the shear thinned phenomenon occurrs obviously in low shear rate and low seepage flow velocity.The seepage flow velocity of the plugging agent solution in porous medium should be controlled.Moreover,in the process of gelation,the plugging agent solution represents a viscoelastic behavior of high viscous and weak elastic.
