摘　　要：本文采用多目标的灰色局势决策方法对山东省省属、地区、地区辖及县医院在1990～1992年历年中的服务质量指标(病死率和治愈率)及经济效益指标(每医生年均创收与每床固定资金投入的比值)进行了分析,结果表明省级医院的综合评价得分最低,主要是因每床的固定投资高所致,今后特别是省级以下医院应注重这个问题。In the paper an analysis method of Grey situation decision with multiply indexes was used to evaluate the management levels of provincial municipal and county hospitals. These indexes included [atalily rate, cure rate and the ratio between the annual economic income earning made by each doctor and the fixed investment fund for per bed in each hospital. The resulls showed that the summary value for provincial hospital was the lowest in the four type hospitals and the mam reason was due to the high fixed investment fund for patient beds. The problem should be paid more allention to in future.
