摘　　要：新时期图书馆有了新的发展,而图书馆馆员素质需要再培训才能得到提高。本文总结了图书馆人员素质现状,分析了其培训工作中的难点,并针对培训工作难点提出了相应的对策。The library gets new development in new period, and the librarian quality needs retraining to be improved. The article summarizes current librarian quality and analyzes the difficult points in its training, on this basic proposing relevant countermeasure.
