摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对陕西5个城市锻炼者的现状进行了调查与分析,并针对现实中存在的问题提出了若干建议。This article uses the literature material, the questionnaire survey, the interview and the mathematical statistic, has carried on the investigation and the analysis to exercise＇s present situation in the five cities of Shaanxi, and proposed to certain reform proposal at the question which in the reality existed.
