白术药材质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的:对中药材白术的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物等物质质量进行研究。方法:按《中国药典》2005年版一部附录ⅨH中水分测定法中的甲苯法、附录ⅨK灰分测定法、附录ⅩA浸出物测定法测定。结果:中药材白术的含水量均不超过10.24%,总灰分不高于4.70%,酸不溶性灰分不高于0.53%,冷浸法水溶性浸出物量不低于12.25%,热浸法水溶性浸出物量不低于26.34%,60%乙醇冷浸出物量不低于5.65%,60%乙醇热浸出物量不低于14.16%。结论:为建立和完善白术的质量标准体系提供了可供参考的数据资料。Objective： To set up the quality standards of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. through determination of the contents of moisture, total ashes, ashes imdissolvable in acid, water extracts and ethanol extracts in this herb. Methods： These indexes were determined based on the procedures recorded in the Appendix IX H, Ⅸ K and Ⅹ A of chinese pharmacopoeia, published in 2005, for moisture, ashes and extracts determination respectively. Results：The moisture in Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. was less than 10. 24% , with the total ashes content within4. 70%, ashes imdissolvable in acid not higher than 0. 53%, the content of water extracts higher than 12. 25% , that of water extracts with hot soak higher than 26.34%, that of 60% ethanol extracts do not less than 5.65% and that of 60% ethanol extracts with hot soak higher than 14. 16%. Conclusion： These data are quantitatively referable for making the quality standards of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. better in a new edition of chinese pharmacopoeia.
