摘 要:目的探讨中枢性高热患者耳温测量的临床意义。方法对30例应用电子冰帽降温的脑血管疾病中枢性高热患者,每2小时观察记录患者同侧耳温及腋温的变化,并比较其降温效果。结果同一患者耳温测量值显著高于同侧腋温(P<0.05);应用冰帽后的降温效果比较,耳温显著优于腋温,以6h内下降最明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论耳温测量能较早地反映脑血管疾病中枢性高热患者降温时的脑温变化,且操作简单方便。Objective The clinical significance of ear temperature measurement for patients with central hyperthermia was examined. Methods In 30 patients with cerebrovascular diseases suffering from central hyperthermia and treated by icecap for lowering temperature, the ear and armpit temperature was unilaterally measured every two hours and the temperature-lowering effect was compared. Results The ear temperature was higher than its armpit counterpart at the same side before the use of electronic ice-cap (P〈0.05). The temperature of ear was decreased more than that of armpit after use of ice-cap, especially in the first 6 hours (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Under the same condition, ear temperature can reflect the temperature change more quickly and accurately than armpit temperature and it is also simple and convenient.
