绝经猕猴红细胞变形能力及复方黄芪对其影响的初步研究

摘　　要：探讨绝经老化猕猴红细胞变形能力（ＲＣＤ）的改变和发生机理及黄芪等中药对其影响。采用１６只成年雌猴切除卵巢后１年，测定血清钙、红细胞滤过指数、红细胞内钙、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性等指标。结果显示，ＲＣＤ，ＳＯＤ老化组低于治疗组。认为绝经老化后ＲＣＤ降低，与胞内钙增高有关，复方黄芪有保护作用。We report on the changes of red cell deformability (RCD) in ovariectomized monkeys and the effects of composite Huang Qi on it. Sixteen adult female rhesus monkeys were ovariectomized to set the model of postmenopause, and treated by composite Chinese medicine for one year. Red cell filtration index (FI) and SOD were decreased, Ca 2+ in red cell increased. It suggests that RCD and SOD declined in ovariectomized monkeys and treatment with composite of herbs was benificial to these changes.
