幽门螺杆菌感染与口周皮炎的临床相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与口周皮炎的临床关系并指导治疗。方法对152例口周皮炎患者进行Hp检测,合并Hp感染者分为两组治疗,观察Hp根治对口周皮炎的影响。结果口周皮炎患者的Hp感染率高达86.18%(131/152),同时进行抗Hp治疗者其显效率达89.39%,对照组仅为52.31%,两者差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Hp感染可能是口周皮炎发病的重要因素之一,对合并Hp阳性者同时给予抗Hp治疗能提高其疗效。Objective To study the clinical relationship between Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection and perioral dermatitis. Methods Hp was detected in 152 cases with perioral dermatitis, and then the Hp-positive patients were divided into two groups, the efficacy of Hp eradication therapy was studied. Results The Hp-positive rate was 86. 18% （131/152） in patients with perioral dermatitis. The effective rate in the group combined anti-Hp triple chemotherapy was 89. 39% ,which was much better than that group with standard treatment （52. 31% ） （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Hp infection maybe one of important causes in perioral dermatitis. Eradication therapy in Hp-positive patients may be better for treatment and recovery.
