摘  要:目的:制备灌肠Ⅰ号并建立质量控制方法。方法:采用水煎煮法制备灌肠Ⅰ号。通过TLC鉴别红花和蒲公英,以HPLC方法测定红花中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。结果:TLC法可明显鉴别红花、蒲公英。羟基红花黄色素A在29.71~297.1μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为97.5%(RSD=1.22%,n=5)。结论:灌肠Ⅰ号制备工艺简单,质量控制方法简便、准确、稳定、重现性好。Objective:To prepare Enema Ⅰ and establish a method for quality control. Methods: Enema Ⅰ was decocted by water. The Flos carthami and Herba taraxaci in Enema Ⅰ were identified by TLC. The content of hydroxylsafflower yellow A in Flos carthami was determined by HPLC. Results: The Flos carthami and Herba taraxaci could be identified by TLC, and the linear relation of hydroxysafflower yellow A was fine (r =0. 999 8) at the range of 29.71 ~297.1 μg·mL^-1, with average recovery rate of 97.5% (RSD 1.22% ). Conclusions: The preparation process of Enema Ⅰ is simple. The method of quality control is accurate and reliable.
