炎琥宁治疗病毒性肺炎134例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨炎琥宁对病毒性肺炎的治疗作用。方法：采用基因芯片检测出急性病毒性肺炎患儿流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒3种病毒共265例，随机分为炎琥宁治疗组和利巴韦林治疗组。炎琥宁组：炎琥宁5-10mg／（kg·d）加入5％葡萄糖液100—250ml静脉点滴，每天1次，疗程5—7d，利巴韦林组：利巴韦林针10—15mg／（kg·d）分2次加入5％葡萄糖液100—250ml静脉点滴，疗程5—7d，观察两组疗效。结果：炎琥宁组在退热、咳嗽、呼吸圈难缓解时间均较利巴韦林组显著缩短（P〈0．01）；治疗总有效率也明显提高（P〈0．01）。结论：炎琥宁治疗小儿急性病毒性肺炎疗效明显优于利巴韦林，应作为治疗小儿病毒性肺炎推荐的首选药物。Objective：To outline therapeutic results of YanHuNing in treatment viral Pneumonia. Methods：Influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus and from children with viral pneumonia were detected by gene chip. 134 patients were randomly divided into YanHuNing treatment group and ribavirin treatment group. The dose of YanHuNing 5 - 10mg/（ kg· d）, once daily, and ribavirin 10 - 15 mg/（ kg·d） （divided into two times） was used by intravenous drip, for 5 - 7 days. Results：In comparison to ribavirin treatment group, patients in YanHuNing treatment group needed shorter time for symptom free, extinction of cough, runny nose and nasal obstruction, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0. 01 ） ;and had higher effective rate, there was statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effects of YanHuNng on viral Pneumonia was better than ribavirin,which suggested that YanHuNing would be the chief medicine treatment for viral pneumonia.
