摘 要:目的:探讨热性惊厥患儿血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的水平变化及临床意义。方法:热性惊厥患儿41例作为观察组,其中单纯性热性惊厥28例,复杂性热性惊厥13例,均于发作后24h抽静脉血,离心取上清液,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测NSE浓度;选择同期住院的上呼吸道感染患儿22例作为对照组,于入院后次日抽取静脉血,处理同热性惊厥患儿组。结果:单纯性热性惊厥患儿血清NSE水平为(10.74±2.40)μg/L,对照组为(7.78±0.94)μg/L,两组有显著性差异(t=5.97,P〈0.01),复杂性热性惊厥患儿血清中NSE水平为(22.26±3.17)μg/L,显著高于对照组(t=10.88,P〈0.01),亦显著高于单纯性热性惊厥患儿组(t=11.64,P〈0.01)。结论:热性惊厥患儿血清中NSE浓度明显升高,复杂性热性惊厥患儿升高更为明显,血清中NSE可作为判断热性惊厥患儿脑损伤及其程度的指标之一。Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum neuron - specific enolase in children with febrile convulsion. Methods:41 children with febrile convulsion,included 28 children with simple febrile convulsion and 13 children with complex febrile convulsion were observed,and the control group included 22 children with upper respiration infection, the concentration of neuron - specific enolase in serum were measured by enzyme linked immuno - sorbent test. Results: The levels of serum neuron - specific enolase in children with febrile convulsion were significantly higher than that in the control group(P 〈0. 01 ) ,and the levels of serum neuron - specific enolase in children with complex febrile convulsion were obviously increased compared with the children with simple febrile convulsion and the control group. Conclusion:The levels of serum neuron - specific enolase in children with febrile convulsion were significantly higher than that in the control group, especially in the complex febrile convulsion, and may be related to the degree of brain injury.
