摘　　要：目的:探讨CT诊断睾丸扭转的影像表现及临床价值。方法:8例手术病理证实睾丸扭转所致出血坏死,且全部CT平扫。结果:1例睾丸肿大,5例睾丸出血,1例睾丸出血、坏死混杂,1例隐睾出血、坏死混杂。结论:CT能够明确诊断睾丸扭转,对诊断睾丸扭转具有一定的临床价值。Objective.To study the image findings and clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of testicle trosion.Methods：8 patients with hemorrhagic necrosis resulted from testicle torsion were confirmed by operation and pathology,and performed with CT horizontal scanning. Results：One case was testicle tumefaction,5 cases testicle hemorrhage,one case hemorrhage confused with necrosis and one case recessive testicle hemorrhage confused with necrosis. Conclusion ：CT can definifely diagnose testicle torsion,and has a certain clinical value in the diagnosis of this disease.
