摘  要:对焦炉作业环境中多环芳烃(PAHs)浓度、作业工人接触PAHs的量、尿1-羟基芘(1-OH芘)排出水平的调查结果表明,焦炉工人尿1-OH芘排出水平与接触PAHs量呈正相关,吸烟对尿1-OH芘测定影响不明显。因此,尿1-OH芘可望作为评价焦炉工人接触PAHs的生物监测指标.Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) concentration in coke oven area,the exposure amount of PAH and the urinary 1-hydroxroyrene level of workers were investigated. The results showed that the urinary 1-hydroxypyrene level is in direct correlation with the exposure amount of PAH,while smoking has no distinct impact on urinary 1-hydroxypyrene amount. It indicated that the urinary 1-hydroxypyrene may be taken as a biological monitoring index for evaluation of PAH exposure in coke oven workers.
