摘　　要：文章概述了湖南省凤凰县农村经济的发展现状,分析了该县在新农村建设中农民增收方面存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了几点建议。This article outlined the present development situation of rural economy in the western H unan Fenghuang county, analyzed the county＇s main questions existing of the farmer additionally receives in the new rural construction, and aimed at the ques tions to put forward several suggestions.
