摘 要:本文从太阳能光伏发电系统的组成和运行方式入手,以河北省太阳能利用状况为基础,分析了太阳能光伏发电产业面临的一系列障碍和清洁发展机制(CDM)项目的引入对避免这些障碍的作用。其次,以邯郸市1座1 MW太阳能光伏并网发电站为例,计算了其年减排量,并对发电收益、CDM项目收益和发电站成本进行了比较及论证。结果表明河北省太阳能有很大的利用空间,应用太阳能光伏发电技术有利于减少温室气体的排放,CDM项目的实施有助于光伏产业的发展。From the aspects of composition and operation mode of solar photovoltaic generation system, and based on the solar utilization situation in Hebei, a series of barriers that occurred in solar photovohaic generation industry were firstly analyzed, and the functions to avoid these barriers by introducing Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project were discussed. Secondly, the reduced emission of greenhouse gas in one year by a solar photovohaic power station with the capacity of 1 MW in Handan was calculated, furthermore, the profits of power generation and CDM project, and the cost of power station were compared and demonstrated. The resuhs indicated that solar energy had great development space in Hebei, the technology of solar photovohaic generation was helpful to reduce the emission of greenhouse gas, and the CDM project could promote the development of photovoltaic industry.
