摘　　要：本文根据对中国建筑科学研究院主楼外立面节能改造设计实例的剖析,提出旧楼改造设计中应考虑的若干问题和采取的有效措施,以保证建筑物节能改造的效果与质量,可供同类建筑节能改造设计时参考。In order to achieve building energy-saving, the facade retrofit project of the main office building of China Academy of Building Research was carried out. Based on the analysis of this retrofit project, the related problems that should be paid more attention and the corresponding measures to ensure the effectiveness and quality were put forward. It could be considered as the useful reference for retrofit design of similar projects.
