异体猪全胰十二指肠移植的实验研究

摘　　要：建立了一种猪全胰十二指肠移植动物模型。移植物动脉和静脉分别与受体腹主动脉和下腔静脉吻合，空肠末端外置造口，10例动物移植技术获成功，早期胰腺功能恢复良好。认为猪是理想的全胰十二指肠移植研究动物。The model of pancreaticoduodenal allotransplantation was established. The entire pancreas was attached to small bowel segment. The donor blood vessels were anastomosed to the abdominal aorta and in ferior vena cava via end-to-side, and the distal part of jejunum of the graft to the skin of the abdominal wa1l. Satisfactory results were obtained' in 10 pigs, suggesting that pig was ideal experimental animal for pancreaticoduodenal allotransplantation.
