摘　　要：为建立研究相异性异种心脏移植的动物模型和探讨延长异种移植器官存活期的方法，采用改良Ono术式做豚鼠─大鼠异种异位心脏移植85次。主要手术并发症为吻合口出血、供心保护不良、麻醉意外和截瘫。文中讨论了这些并发症的预防方法。In order to establish an animal model for studying discordant cardiac xenotransplantation and to investigate a method for prolonging the survival time of the xenograft, 85 guinea-pig to rat heterotopic cardiac transplantation were Performed using modified Ono procedure. The main complications included anastomotic bleeding, poor myocardial protection, anesthetic accident and paraplegia. Prevention to these complications were discussed.
