高校图书馆网站的直觉模糊综合评价

摘　　要：把高校图书馆网站质量问卷调查的评价形式简单为在"满意"与"不满意"二者之一选择。利用直觉模糊集作为工具,把问卷调查的结果进行量化和汇总,从"满意"和"不满意"的得票数中汇总出直觉模糊评价信息,把一些残缺信息归并到直觉模糊集的犹豫度中,利用直觉模糊集间的相似度和TOPSIS方法,有效地集结出直觉模糊测评值。并通过广东省某一高校图书馆网站质量的测评实例,来说明该方法的有效性和实用性。This paper simplifies the satisfaction questionnaire of university library website as 2 forms： satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and then quantifies and summarizes the survey results using the intuitionistic fuzzy as a tool to obtain the intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation information. The intuitionistic fuzzy test values are effectively aggregated using the similnrity degree and TOPSIS method among intuitionistic fuzzy sets when classifying some deformity information into hesitancy degree of intuitiortistic fuzzy set. Finally, the paper presents an example of website quality of a university library in Guangdong province to explain the availability and practicability of this method.
