摘　　要：地方人文环境与本地区经济生活和社会生活相互制约,信息社会中"数字鸿沟"严重影响着地方人文环境的发展。高校图书馆在此应当发挥其教育和信息服务的双重职能,承担起社会成员平等获取知识与信息的重任,解决弱势群体的信息获取问题,缩小"数字鸿沟",为建设适应社会发展的地方人文环境而努力。高校图书馆缩小数字鸿沟的举措。Local human environment and local economic life and social life restrict each other, and the ＂digital gap＂ seriously affects the development of local human environment. University library shall fully play its service functions of service and education to solve the problems of information capture for vulnerable groups and fill in the ＂digital gap＂. It also puts forward some measures for library to fill in the gap.
