摘　　要：目的:探讨医学院校大学生人群亚健康状态现状,为采取相应的对策提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷评定量表调查法,对遵义医学院的大三学生作问卷调查。结果:遵义医学院大学生亚健康状态总发生率为66.9%;女生亚健康发生率高于男生(χ2=6.588,P<0.05),亚健康状态主要表现为注意力难以集中、记忆力减退、情绪不稳及失眠多梦等精神和社会交际方面。结论:医学院校大学生人群中亚健康者心理、社会应激与亚健康状态的发生有关,因而掌握学生的心理健康状态,对其进行健康教育是非常必要的。Objective ：To investigate the subhealth status of medical college students ,so as to provide proof for health care. Methods：Junior students were asked to fill in questionnaires in Zunyi medical college.Results：The incidence of the subhealth status was 66.9% ,the incidence among female students was higher than that among male ones （Х^2=6.588,P〈0.05）. The subhealth status included emotional instability,worrying about their health.insomnia and social interpersonship etc. Conclusion：Subhealth status is associated with the psychological and social stress of patients in subhealth among college students,it is necessary to familiarize the students＇ psychological health status and enforce them health education.
