摘　　要：为探讨女性压力性尿失禁患者的治疗效果，对１３例女性压力性尿失禁病人使用股薄肌肌瓣翻转移位包围尿道、加强尿道括约肌功能，同时游离尿道并给以延长。结果１３例病人手术治疗后随访６～２４个月，１０例病人排尿通畅，３例病人有尿线变细，经过尿道扩张后排尿正常。本术式方法易掌握，取材方便，成功率高，并发症少，是一种治疗女性压力性尿失禁较理想的手术方法。From Jan.1995 to Jan.1997,transplantation of musculus gracilis flap was performed for 13 cases of female stress incontinence to intensity the urethral sphincter.The urethra was prolonged during the operation.All the patients have been followed up for 6 to 24 months with satisfactory result in all.Normal unobstructed urination has been achieved in 10 and in the other 3 the urinary stream became slim but has been cured of the condition by urethral dilatation.The procedure could be easily carried out with less complication and was recomended for severe female stress incontinence.
